(d) At this time, the general purpose of this notice is to review each annual report filed by a North Dakota person who was a North Dakota resident in any tax year ending in 2024 and who received or was entitled to receive an individual tax return on or before January 1, 2017, or a quarterly report issued by the North Dakota Division of Taxation and Revenue by means of electronic transmission that is filed with the North Dakota Division of Taxation and Revenue by January 1 of each year ending in 2017.
